PLUS Markets is the new stock exchange in London for small and mid-caps, where 7,500 UK and European Securities enjoy the deep pool of liquidity available, along with superior quote-driven execution at low transaction and data cost. The PLUS-listed and PLUS-quoted markets provide access to both capital and profile for companies and funds.

On 1 September 2008, PLUS launched a market consultation in relation to proposed changes to its Trading Rules to expand its trading services to include hittable quotes in liquid securities and a dark pool in small and mid cap securities.

In a landmark initiative, an agreement has been signed between PLUS and the Munich Stock Exchange to develop an integrated pan-European market that will help meet the needs of small and mid-cap companies.
