Devilfish Gaming is the holding company of Devil Fish Poker Limited ('DFP') its only operating (wholly-owned) subsidiary. DFP began trading in December 2005. DFP was originally incorporated to promote the website devilfishpoker.com through which site members can partake in multi-player poker via the internet. The Company restricted marketing activities pending review of the legal environment of online gaming following legal intervention in the US and some parts of Europe and therefore the site was not actively promoted prior to Admission but henceforth will be promoted in markets where such activity is not illegal.
