INCREASE AND CHANGES IN SHAREHOLDINGS

Ascot Mining PLC ("Ascot" or the "Company") (Xetra(C) AM3.DE - PLUS ASMP).
Following the recent issuance of shares Ascot announce that they have been
advised by NRG Offshore Limited that their holding in the Company is now 6.93%.
David Jackson, CEO of Ascot Mining commented "we are pleased to welcome strong
corporate shareholders who have chosen to follow their investment in earlier
rounds with further participation."
As a result of the further share issues David Jackson's shareholding is now
17.08% and Andrew von Kursell's shareholding is now 14.26%.
