In accordance with PLUS Rule 55 the Company announces that as at 31 July 2009
there are 30,061,752 ordinary shares in issue having a nominal value of
£300,618.
The nominal value should not be confused with the Market Value of the company
which is £8,420,000 based on the share price of 28p at the time of release of
the publication of this announcement.
