Director Shareholding
The directors of the FeONIC wish to announce that Justin Urquhart Stewart, Non
Executive Director, has purchased a further 142,857 Ordinary 1p shares at 3.5p
per share for a consideration of 5000 GBP which makes his total shareholding
885,714 shares.
This now brings the total number of issued Ordinary 1p shares to 51,022,847.
The total number of shares in the Company held by the Directors is now
4,539,623 which represents 8.9% of the issued shares.
