FeONIC signs agency agreement with Techtonic Architectural Solutions to target
Middle East construction industry
FeONIC Plc ("FeONIC" or "the Company"), the innovative UK audio technology
company, is pleased to announce the signing of an agency agreement with
architectural solutions specialists, Techtonic Architectural Solutions
("Techtonic"), based in Jordan.
Under the terms of the agreement, Techtonic has been appointed as a selling
agent for FeONIC audio products to the construction markets in Jordan, Syria,
Lebanon, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Oman,
Kuwait, Egypt and Libya. In particular, the license states that FeONIC products
are to be used as the audio source in paneling products and construction
materials supplied by Techtonic to major construction projects within their
Middle Eastern territory.
Brenda Hopkins, chairman of FeONIC, commented:
"The Middle East construction market is showing itself to be far more robust
than its western counterparts in current times. Techtonic has an impressive
network both in the Middle East and with the major architectural houses in
Europe. We are delighted to be entering into the agreement with them."
FeONIC's unique audio drive technology has the ability to transform a wide
range of surfaces and structures into high quality loudspeakers with
omni-directional, evenly distributed output. This can allow high quality sound
systems to be effectively fully integrated into a building's structure without
it compromising the design of the building.

losses cut from £308,883 for the year to £26,680 for the half year.

distributors were now active in Japan, Hungary, Brazil, Singapore and
Australia.
6. On 17 April 2008 announced the formation of FeONIC Transport Limited with
First Class Partnerships for the sale and distribution of FeONIC product
into the railway and transport market.
