Withdrawal from PLUS - Update
In the face of objection from a number of shareholders, the directors of Plus
Investors Plc have today rescinded their decision to withdraw from the
PLUS-quoted market. Accordingly the Company's shares will remain on the market.
The Company remains committed to seeking and holding investments in companies
that are either on or are looking to go on to the PLUS-quoted market.
The Directors of the issuer accept responsibility for this announcement.
