Exercise and Grant of Options
On 4 January 2010, Chris Malthouse, Finance Director of ANS Group, exercised options over 23,593 ordinary
shares in the Company at a price of 67.5 pence per ordinary share. On the same day, an employee of the
Company exercised options over 30,000 ordinary shares at prices ranging from 14.75 pence to 30 pence per
ordinary share.
Granting of Options
Also on 4 January 2010, ANS Group granted options over 80,000 ordinary shares to employees at prices
ranging from £1.00 to £1.25 per ordinary share.
Directors' Holdings
Paul Sweeney's interest in the Company has increased by 71,045 ordinary shares as his partner is now within
the definition of "family" for the purposes of the PLUS Rules.
As a result of these transactions, the Directors' shareholdings are now as follows:
