PLUS Markets Group is delighted to welcome Ford Eagle Group to its primary market. Ford Eagle Group is a specialist financial services company, based in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, China. It intends eventually to operate two distinct, but related, divisions: advisory and investments. Initially, the Company operates only its advisory division which entails advising companies in China on the options of listing overseas and to expand or enhance their presence overseas and for overseas companies wishing to do the same in China. In parallel with its advisory activity, Ford Eagle, as soon as it has raised sufficient additional funds, aims to invest in clients by covering up to 50% of their listing costs in exchange for shares in these companies at a discount to their listing price. The Company has representation in China, Hong Kong, UK, USA and Japan.
