PLUS Markets Group operates a flexible admission process where the application requirements dovetail with the nature of the particular transaction.
Companies may obtain admission to the PLUS-quoted market conditional on PLUS approving an application on the basis of a published admission document or prospectus. A fast-track admission procedure may also be used for applicants from Qualifying Markets and fast-track applicants are not be required to publish a PLUS admission document but may be liable to publish a prospectus under Part 6 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
This section sets out details of applications for companies seeking a quotation on the PLUS primary market, which are under consideration by PLUS. A decision to accept an application is at the sole discretion of PLUS based on information provided by the company's Corporate Adviser for which the company is responsible.
