PLUS Markets Group operates a flexible admission process where the application requirements dovetail with the nature of the particular transaction. Companies that prepare a prospectus drawn up to accepted disclosure standards are eligible to use a stream-lined admission procedure.
For applications not accompanied by a prospectus, PLUS will consult an application panel, comprising of city practitioners and experts in a range of business sectors including mineral exploration, biotechnology and property.
The panel consultation process allows PLUS to make a properly informed assessment of issuers operating in a specialist sphere of activity, based on input from panel members with appropriate knowledge and expertise.
This section sets out details of applications for companies seeking a quotation on the PLUS primary market, which are under consideration by PLUS. A decision to accept an application is at the sole discretion of PLUS based on information provided by the company's Corporate Adviser for which the company is responsible.
