has made an application for its entire ordinary share capital to be traded on
the PLUS quoted market.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES: 
Teknomining Plc is incorporated in the Republic of Ireland and has a wholly
owned subsidiary, Teknomining Madencilik Insaat Turizm Ithalat Ihracat Sanayi
Ve Ticaret Limited Sirketi ("Teknomining Limited"), which is incorporated in
Turkey (together "the Group"). 

The Group has secured full rights to two exploration licences over land areas
in the Province of Diyarbakir, Eastern Anatolia, Turkey covering a total area
of approximately 10.9sq km. These licences grant the Group certain rights to
explore for "4th Group Minerals" as defined under Turkish law.  The Group's
main focus is in the identification of copper, chromium and iron-ore deposits. 

DIRECTORS

LIAM MCGRATTAN (EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN) 
Liam McGrattan has a background in sales and finance, and successfully launched
Custom Finance Ltd., a specialist leasing company. During the past ten years
Liam McGrattan has specialised in the small cap equities market and has been
involved in a number of highly successful private and publicly quoted companies
on the PLUS-quoted market and the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange. 

Liam McGrattan is currently a director of Great Western Mining Corporation Plc
and US Oil and Gas Plc and Chairman of Captive Audience Display Solutions Plc,
all of which are quoted on the PLUS-quoted market. He is also Managing Director
of Wilhan Limited, an international private investment company. 

MICHAEL HOLDEN (MANAGING DIRECTOR)
Michael Holden, a Design Engineer by profession, has worked for several large
multinationals in the Shipbuilding Industry as Design Engineer & Project
Manager including Verolme Cork, Vospers UK and NDSM Amsterdam. He also worked
on US Naval projects in Baltimore, Maryland and was Consultant Project Manager
for multinationals engaged in the Chemical, Adhesive Manufacturing &
Pharmaceutical sectors. More recently, Michael Holden has established strong
professional, commercial and political links in Turkey through his involvement
in the construction, retail and mining sectors there.

Michael founded Teknoming Limited and has been responsible for the
investigation of the mining prospects in Eastern Turkey culminating in the
acquisition of the two current prospects in the Diyarbakir region.
     

NIAL PHILIP RING (FINANCE DIRECTOR)
Nial  Ring  (FCCA)  is  a  fellow  of  the  Association  of Chartered Certified
Accountants and started his career with Allied Irish Bank  plc having graduated
from  Dublin  City  University  with  an  Accounting/Finance Degree.  He  is  a
licentiate of the Institute of Bankers and  has a Diploma in Financial Services
Law from University College, Dublin.

He has a background in the financial services  industry  in  Dublin, London and
New York and has held senior banking positions with Allied Irish  Bank  plc and
Bankgesellschaft,  Berlin.  He  has  also  served as General Manager of Barrick
Capital  Corporation,  a  wholly owned subsidiary  of  Barrack  Gold  based  in
Dublin's International Financial Services Centre.

He holds a number of directorships  and has served as a government appointee on
the  Board  of  IDA  Ireland, the Irish Government's  International  Industrial
Development Authority.  He  is  currently  a  director  of Great Western Mining
Corporation Plc and US Oil & Gas Plc, which are also quoted on PLUS-quoted.

He is presently involved in a number of businesses as an executive and investor
and is an elected member of Dublin City Council. He is also a member of the
Irish Commercial Mediation Association and is a Peace Commissioner appointed by
the Irish Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform

PROF. DR. ZuLKuF GuNELI (NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR)
Prof. Dr. Zulkuf Guneli is a highly qualified academic and is presently Dean of
the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture (which includes the Department of
Mining Engineering) at Dicle University, Diyarbakir, Turkey. He is extensively
published on many aspects of Mining Engineering and has extensive knowledge of
and contacts in the Diyarbakir Region.

He acts as consultant and technical advisor to the company, and also acts in a
liaison capacity for the company in its dealings with the various Government
Departments.

REASONS FOR ADMISSION:  
The Directors consider that the Admission will benefit the Group through: 

        * Increased  ability  to  raise  funds  to  enable  the  Group  acquire
           additional exploration interests, develop existing projects and fund
           the working capital and exploration programmes of the Group.

        * Enhanced profile and status with the resource industry 

ANTICIPATED ADMISSION DATE
The Directors expect that trading in the Company's shares will commence on 16th
April 2010. 

The directors of the issuer accept responsibility for this announcement.
